Alan L. Pasternack Joins Butler Snow

Portland, Ore., Feb. 3, 2016 – Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Alan L. Pasternack has joined the firm and will practice in the Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group. He will be based in Portland, Ore.

Pasternack is a member of the American Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association and is admitted to the Bar of Oregon and New York. He serves on the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. Pasternack completed his undergraduate degree at Colgate University and received his master of taxation from Golden Gate University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Cornell University.
