Dawn P. Bookhardt & Matthew S. Touchard to Join Firm
DENVER – March 29, 2016 – Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Dawn P. Bookhardt and Matthew S. Touchard have joined the firm’s Denver office – expanding and strengthening the firm’s public finance group.

Bookhardt practices in the areas of public finance, transactions, real property matters, government relations and public project development. She received a bachelor’s degree in English and communications from Oakwood University. Bookhardt earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver School of Law as a Rabb Scholar. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
Touchard handles public finance transactions and corporate matters. Touchard holds a bachelor’s of communications from the University of Colorado. He earned both his master’s of law in taxation and Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. Touchard is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
