Laura joined DEANE / SMITH in July 2015. Before joining DEANE | SMITH, Hunt worked in Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam’s administration as an assistant managing internal communications including e-mail, letters, honorary recognition and verbal correspondence with constituents, as well as assisting with the governor’s schedule and coordinating events. A Maryville, Tenn. native, Hunt earned a bachelors degree in public relations from The University of Tennessee in 2013.
In her new role at the agency, Hunt will be responsible for media relations, marketing, branding initiatives and ad plan management.
