Monica A. Rosenbluth Joins Butler Snow Denver
DENVER, March 19, 2014–Butler Snowis pleased to announce thatMonica A. Rosenbluth has joined the firm’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Groupin its Denver office. Shefocuses her practice on public finance, municipal bonds, low-income housing tax credits, government relations, real estate, and economic development incentives.

Rosenbluth has expertise across various sectors of the law. She has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, borrower’s counsel and bank counsel in connection with a variety of tax-exempt bond financings in several states. Rosenbluth also has experience in assisting governments and developers with real estate transactions, as well asfinancing, construction, management and operation of essential public services. She has served as a liaison between legislators and business and trade organizations, advocated for legislation and coordinated campaigns to change education statutes.
Rosenbluth earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and her Juris Doctor at the University of Wyoming. She is a board member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Colorado Women’s Lobby and the Anti-Defamation League. Rosenbluthis also on the community investments and initiatives committee of the Women’s Foundation of Colorado. Sheis a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. Rosenbluth is licensed in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
