Stanford G. Ladner Joins Butler Snow
NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2014 – Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Stanford G. Ladner has joined the firm’s New York office as a member of the firm’sPublic Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group.Ladner has practiced in New York for more than 30 years with a focus on public finance, banking law, structured finance and products, business and commercial transactions, energy law, and regulatory compliance and advice. He is a native of Bay St. Louis, Miss., and a member of the bar of the States of New York and Mississippi.

Ladner has spent his career advising banks, investment firms, municipalities and private industries on how to navigate the public financing sector, structured finance and structured products. During this time, Ladner has also represented the State of Mississippi and many of its political subdivisions, including State authorities, counties, cities, community hospitals and regional authorities, as well as not-for-profit organizations established under State laws.

Ladner earned both his bachelors and masters degrees in economics before earning his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.He has been named in The Best Lawyers in America®, PublicFinance Law and is a Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel. Ladneris a member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of The City of New York, as well as a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
