NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Feb. 24, 2015 – The Buffkin Group, a leading national search firm, has promoted Nathan Brandon to partner.
Brandon, who was associate partner at the firm, will continue to position the firm’s new business development in the investment banking and financial services sectors, and a variety of recruiting searches regionally.

Brandon, who has more than 15 years experience in investment management, previously served as institutional sales representative with Fifth Third Securities. During his eight years with Fifth Third, Brandon held a variety of investment banking positions.

Prior to his move into institutional investing with Fifth Third, Brandon worked in private client wealth management, where he assisted individuals in wealth and estate planning.
He carries a variety of investment designations, including Financial Industry Regulation Authority and National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7, 63, 52 and 65 licenses.
Brandon earned a bachelor’s of science degree in history from the University of Tennessee.
